Wally Kostrzewa is our guest.

Wally spent 25 years in the central office of the (pre-CT State) Connecticut Community College system as Director of Community Services and later as Director of Government Relations. He focused on workforce development and represented the colleges and its students at the State Capitol. Throughout his career he taught college courses in business writing and English. He continues to teach management and leadership workshops for state agencies. On Monday, we'll learn skills for working with people from different generations.

Michael worked at Google for 19 years leading partnerships and business development efforts to support various early-stage product initiatives. He joined Google in 2004 as a founding member of the Google Maps project closing all necessary partnerships to launch in its first six countries. He led teams that acquired content for Google Search (weather, sports, finance, shopping, etc.) and negotiated deals with localities for Google Fiber (home internet service). His last position at Google was leading the business and partnerships team at ATAP one of Google's in-house technology incubators. Prior to Google he co-founded Waiter.com and was a management consultant at LEK, advising media and entertainment companies in areas of strategy and business development. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

Former Chairman & CEO of Hartford Life International Greg Boyko, CPA, joins us on Monday to talk about US-Japan business relations. He traveled to Japan more than 125 times starting in the mid-1990s. He lived in Japan in 2006 and 2007 and has extensive business and professional relationships throughout the country. He is an Honorary Consul General for Japan supporting the Boston Consulate.
