On this Labor Day, this is why we choose our union!

These are just some of the things working people won by standing together.

That work didn’t stop. Every time we organize, speak up and have each other’s backs, we have a chance to make work—and life—a little better for all of us.

That’s why we choose to belong.

Utah public schools serve 90.1% of our state’s students. That means public education is part of every community in Utah. 🍎

Every student deserves a strong public school and the opportunity to thrive, no matter where they live. This back-to-school season, UEA's nearly 18,000 members are proud to welcome them back. Student success is at the heart of everything we do.
