First week DONE! 🥳 🎉 📚

What a joy it has been to welcome our students back and also get to know our new students and their families!

From familiar faces and new friendships to lots of learning and laughter, it’s been a wonderful start to the school year.

We’re grateful for all the hard work everyone put in from parents and students to staff—and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for this school year!

✨ New Teacher Highlight ✨

We’re excited to welcome Mr. “Kaz” Foster as our new Hills Academy PE teacher!

With five years of teaching experience at PV, he brings both passion and dedication to the classroom. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Southwest and holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Eastern New Mexico University. He has coached for years, including assistant coach for PV’s State Championship baseball team.

✨ New Teacher Highlight ✨

Please join us as we welcome Mrs. Sydney Hurst to the Hills Academy Family!

Mrs. Hurst earned her Bachelors in Special Education from the University of Georgia, her Masters in Education with a Reading Science Concentration from Mount St. Joseph University, accompanied by her Structured Literacy Classroom Instructor Certification.

She is eager to get started as one of our new 4th Grade Teachers 🤩

More importantly, she has a heart for the Lord and is passionate about helping students grow not only academically, but spiritually as well. She believes every child is uniquely created by God and is excited to encourage, challenge, and inspire the next generation.
