Playoff season runs on people you never see on screen. CSB grads work on those crews at MLB, the NFL, ESPN, and CBS Sports.
Our Broadcast Media program trains you for sports roles on air and behind the camera:
• Play-by-play announcer
• On-field camera operator
• Sports reporter
• Videographer

You work on real equipment with instructors from the industry. You can graduate in as little as 2 to 4 months.

Most top podcasts now publish on video as well as audio. Our podcasting classes train you for both.
You'll work with:
• Professional studio mics and mixing boards
• OBS for live streaming and recording
• Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
• Multi-camera studio setups

You record in real studios from your first week. You leave with finished episodes you can show employers or launch as your own show.

You use social media every day. Our Social Media Marketing Program teaches you to run it for a brand.

Classes run live, twice a week in the evening. Take them 100% online or in person. Finish in months and skip the college debt.

Say hello to Daniel Sun, known around the studio as “Sunny D.” Sunny is the new Teaching Assistant for our Broadcast Media program at our Farmington Campus for this cohort.

Sunny will work with broadcast media students in the studio, in the control room, and on the mic. That means more one-on-one help while you learn radio, TV, podcasting, and sports broadcasting.

As a recent CSB graduate who excelled in his program, Daniel Sun is excited to jump on board and help out the program while gaining even more experience himself.

Welcome to the team, Sunny D!

Happy International Podcasting Day. At CSB, every day qualifies.
Students and alumni record shows in our studios every single week. They learn hosting, producing, engineering, and editing by doing it, then they take those skills to stations, networks, and shows of their own.

Every CSB student gets studio time like this, because media skills are built through repetition, not memorization.

The Broadcast Media Program trains you in:
• Audio recording and editing
• Podcast and radio production
• On-air voice and delivery
• Video production

You graduate in as little as 2 to 4 months with real work to show employers.

09/25/2026

Your instructor at CSB is not reading from a textbook. They ran a morning show. They produced live sports. They manage brand accounts. Then they walk into the studio and coach you one on one.
What that means for you:
• Industry contacts before you graduate
• Real talk about what employers actually want
• Some grads even come back to teach.

09/23/2026

This board does not sit behind glass as a display piece. Students run it every day, recording shows, mixing audio, and learning the equipment they will see in professional studios.
What you train on at CSB:
• Radio and podcast studios
• Audio mixers and engineering
• Adobe Premiere Pro and OBS
• Studio cameras and TV control room

Four campuses. One mission: get you into a media career without four years of debt.
• Farmington CT, minutes from Hartford
• Stratford CT, near New Haven
• Cherry Hill NJ, just outside Philly
• Palm Beach FL
Remote options are available too, so you can train from anywhere.
Every location runs the same hands-on model: real studios, industry software, instructors who work in the field, and job placement support when you finish.
