Central R-3 Central Elementary

We continue to celebrate the “Arts” during summer school! The students are creating some impressive projects and today we had “The Harmonica Guy”. So much fun!!!

Learning is fun and we are doing A LOT of learning in Summer School! During my morning walk-through, I saw so many cool things happening in the kindergarten classrooms. We had handwriting, point and sing ABC’s, a classroom scavenger hunt, station learning games, read to self, and intervention groups to work on letters and writing our names. All of this was happening before 9:00am!!!

Slime Day!!! Students made their own slime!! Thanks for leading this activity Mrs Ward! They loved it!!

Courtney is entering her third year with Central School District and brings a background in both Early Childhood and Special Education. She is passionate about supporting children and families and is excited to continue building relationships within our Parents as Teachers program.

We are thrilled to have her as part of our team and look forward to the many opportunities ahead for our Parents as Teachers families!
