When we put off fully feeling heavy emotions, they stay there waiting…occupying that seat. Notice what happens when we fully feel those waves of emotion. They eventually subside, which creates a space in our bodies for Joy & Peace to enter. They’ve just been politely waiting their turn for that seat 🧡
