The sun was shining on our solar critters this morning! Our engineering and design class students learned about renewable energy and created their very own critters powered by the sun.

Summer Drop-In sessions available!
From sketching to building, children explore the Engineering Design Process—creating, experimenting, evaluating, and improving their ideas. At the end of each session, they spin the prize wheel and take home a fun STEM surprise.

Dates: July 15th and August 12th. 12:30–2:00 PM
Cost $30 each. Materials, snacks and STEM prize included.

If you are thinking of starting your small business or need a beautiful office space, we are seeking professionals in fields such as counseling, speech-language therapy, or personal coaching who are interested in renting office space at our center. Our goal is to collaboratively expand the services offered at our center by partnering with other LLCs and independent professionals.
We have available office space on our first floor, ideally suited for client-focused professionals.
This is office rental only, and each LLC or professional will operate independently, managing their own schedule and families.

Where Creative Writing Meets Hands-On STEM: Speak It. Build It. Share It.
Create Your Own TED-Style Talk! + STEM & Engineering Design Showcase
Built on the same approach families already love in our Writing Clinic and STEM & Engineering Design classes, this dynamic 4-day camp brings both together in one experience.
Students will combine public speaking with hands-on STEM. They’ll design a prototype following the steps of the engineering design process, and deliver a short “TED-style” presentation explaining their big idea. Creativity, confidence, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration—all in one high-impact week of innovation and inspiration.
