Today we celebrated the Feast of St. Augustine, and Father Alfonse reminded our students of something so important: we need to be prepared for life—and, most importantly, we need to know Jesus.

What we put into our souls matters. Just as we prepare ourselves for the challenges of life, we need to fill our hearts with the things that draw us closer to God.

Because when the tough times come—and they will—the only way to truly get through them is to have Jesus in our lives and to put our trust in Him. ❤️

May we continue to seek His face, know Him more deeply, and fill our souls with what matters most.

🌟 Last night was a beautiful evening at Mary Immaculate School! We had the pleasure of hosting our annual Great Expectations night, and it was a joy to see so many parents come together as we begin a new school year.

We began the evening in the church with prayer, reflection, and beautiful songs sung by some of our very own teachers, setting the perfect tone for the night ahead. 🙏🎶

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for this wonderful tradition! Father Alfonse and Sister Mary Anne shared inspiring updates about the amazing things happening at MIS, and our teachers loved connecting with parents during the breakout sessions.

Seeing our school community come together, pray together, and share in the excitement for the year ahead was truly heartwarming. We had a wonderful evening, and we hope you did too! 💙

This morning, our 8th graders led us in a beautiful Mass, with a powerful reminder from Father Alfonse: What is the secret to life?

His answer was simple, but profound: Don’t be afraid. Trust in God. 🙏

Whether life is going well or we’re facing something difficult, we are called to put our trust in Him. No matter what is happening around us, God is with us—and we can trust Him.

A beautiful message for our Mustangs to carry with them today and always. 💙

Our school year is officially underway, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful beginning. 💙✨

This morning, our MIS community gathered for our Opening School Mass, joined by parents, alumni, supporters, and so many familiar faces who make Mary Immaculate so special.

Father Alfonse shared a beautiful reflection on today’s Feast of St. Maximilian Kolbe and his powerful example of faith, courage, and complete trust in God. His message reminded us to put ourselves in God’s hands and trust where He is leading us.

What a beautiful message to carry with us into a new school year—one filled with faith, curiosity, courage, and countless opportunities to discover something new.
