At Faribault Lutheran School, we provide parents the opportunity to place their children in a safe, Christian environment where children feel secure and are able to learn and succeed. We believe that we can offer children the instruction, both religious and academic, they need to lead successful lives. We are excited to announce our new 5th grade teacher, Ms. Meghan Barr!

Ms. Barr is a recent graduate of Minnesota State University with a degree in elementary education. She has a strong background in school settings, having worked as a paraprofessional for three years, and completed her student teaching at Central Public schools.

We are thankful for God's blessing on bringing Ms. Barr to the FLS family, and are so excited to have her! Be sure to say hi and welcome Ms. Barr when you see her!

We are blessed to kick-off our new school year with our brand new principal, Mr. Josh Baumann, who answered the call to serve Faribault Lutheran School!

Mr. Baumann has a long history in LCMS education including graduating from Mayer Lutheran High School and graduating from Concordia University. He has his SLED certification through LCMS and a Master's Degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. With over 20 years of experience teaching and leading in LCMS schools, we are blessed to have his strong faith, wisdom, and leadership as part of the future of FLS!

We pray that God blesses Mr. Baumann in his new role at FLS.

Be sure to be at our Back-to-School night on August 27th from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. to meet Mr. Baumann if you haven't already!
