Chuck PITTE (Golden, CO) was a four-year student at SSM, a Captain on the Squadron Staff (Deputy Squadron Commander) and Crack Squad member his senior year. He is currently an associate with the Brief Therapy Institute of De

nver, Inc.
· Jan 2001 to present · Westminster, Colorado; treating adolescents, adults, and couples. Chuck studied Psychology at Millikin University and Hampden-Sydney College. He obtained a Masters degree from Smith College School for Social Work. Chuck has been active with Shattuck-St. Mary's for many years, currently serving as Class Agent; served as Vice President (2007-09) and President (2009-11) of the SSM Alumni Association and was a member of the Board of Trustees (2009-11).

Unfortunately, sad news to pass along: Pam Bedford Whitaker ‘64 passed away last evening. I’m sure many of you remember that she and Joe ’62 met while students at Saint Mary’s and Shattuck; and that they were significantly involved with the SSM when she worked for the Development office and Joe spearheaded the development of the gorgeous Legacy golf course. Their son, Jim, was a member of the Class of ‘90, contemporaneously with my daughter and Steve Wendfeldt’s girls.  I will always remember Pam as one of the sweetest and eternally happy people I’ve ever known.
