"The Humming Boy" I bought and read this book. It is amazing and I highly recomemend it. I attended St James School from 1965-66 Anyone that attended St James will likely want to read this. It is listed as being fiction. But really it is a hybrid and many of the events desribed by David Cook actually occured per my recollections. Below is a link to purchase this book on Amazon.

Manney Hill circa 1887 when Reverend James Dobbin and his wife Elizabeth lived there. Eventually it was added on to and subsequently named St. James School for young boys in 1901.
