We’re busy learning about butterflies and watching our plants and caterpillars grow! 🌱🦋

This week at SJCP, we explored the outdoors with a fun scavenger hunt, celebrated Earth Day by learning how to keep our planet healthy, created beautiful Earth-inspired art, and took care of our growing plants! 🪴🌎

We made the most of this week’s warm weather with a trip to the playground! ☀️ The kids had an amazing time exploring, playing, and enjoying the sunshine together.

We also continued our plant observations…lots of curiosity and growth all around! 🌱

This week was full of fun and learning! We planted flowers and will care for them as they grow! 🌸 We also got creative by painting the snow with spray bottles. Inside, we explored all things weather and learned about sunshine, clouds, and rain. Our little learners had such a great time discovering the world around them! 💛

We made “Resurrection Rolls” for snack this week!

Cinnamon-coated marshmallows are wrapped in dough, then baked. When you break them open, they are empty inside, representing Jesus’s tomb on Easter morning! See the link below for the full recipe:

Last week we learned about food groups, explored some new snacks, and joined Pastor Chad and Ms. Erin for chapel!

This week was full of fun and learning! We enjoyed the snowy weather, played outside, and even built our very own snowman ⛄️

Back in the classroom, we explored the importance of dental health. We practiced brushing our teeth and had fun counting our teeth together! 🦷🪥
