NDSU National Association of Home Builders

This is a friendly reminder that the National Association of Home Builders student organization is hosting a large group meeting TOMORROW!

When: Tuesday, November 5th at 6:30pm
Where: CIE 101 (Please note the difference from the typical CIE102)

A general contractor based out of Denver, I-Kota, will be on campus to present about the benefits of their company, as well as leadership and the importance of identifying different personalities within the teams you work.

For those of you who are paid NAHB members, please attend this meeting to receive your NAHB tumbler!

NDSU team wins construction management competition A group of NDSU construction management students took home the title at the 2019 Upper Midwest Intercollegiate Construction Management Quiz Bowl, held at the University of Minnesota Oct. 25.

REMINDER: NAHB Site Visit with Eagle Ridge Development

TODAY, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17th @ 6:30pm, Eagle Ridge Development of West Fargo will be showcasing a townhome development currently under construction. This visit is open to all students.

If you are interested, please meet in the CM&E Computer Lab (Engineering 122) promptly at 6:15pm to organize carpooling and obtain the address. If you wish to meet the group there, please contact me personally.

Hey Construction Fans and NAHB Members!

SITE VISIT: Thursday Sept. 20th with BC Contracting at The Bridges student housing (next to the SHAC) and BC will be providing pizza, giving a short presentation and giving a tour of the building!

IMPORTANT: Membership applications are due this Friday, September 14th. Completed applications can be turned in with payment to Kayla in the CME office!

Welcome back to school! We hope everyone had a fantastic summer!

Come see us at the Involvement Expo on the west side of the Memorial Union on Wednesday, August 29th from 11am-3pm.

Our first meeting of the year will be on Thursday, August 30th at 6:30pm in CIE 102. Word on the street is that BDubbs will be provided.
