Another year of the Bowman Showcase proved to be successful, featuring three great games and impressive hockey. Bates Hockey Took a 4th place finish but all 3 games very tight to the very end!

Bates Hockey Training | Premier Ice Hockey Camp Fargo-Moorhead 2024 Join Bates Hockey Training in Fargo-Moorhead for an unparalleled Ice Hockey Camp experience in 2024. From beginners to advanced, enhance your puck control, skating speed, and strength with programs led by experienced coaches including Elliot Bates, Assistant Coach of Concordia College.

We are excited that Noah Diemer, forward and Assistant Captain of the North Iowa Bulls, has committed to play NCAA DIII College Hockey at Concordia College. Originally from West Fargo, Diemer joined the Bulls for the 2024-25 season following a standout season with the MJHL's Winkler Flyers, which concluded with the Turnbull Cup victory. Throughout 56 games this season, Diemer tallied 4 goals and 17 assists for 21 points, while delivering a strong physical presence and contributing to the Bulls' penalty kill efforts.

I had the pleasure of working for Joe in 2012 when he gave me my first ever scouting job—an opportunity that I knew early on I was going to love. That first break set me on a path that’s taken me places I never imagined, both professionally and personally. Now, as a hockey coach and scout, I look back with gratitude on that moment and the belief Joe had in me. It was the start of everything. Also have to give Credit to Ross Orrock too!

The Capper ACHA Showcase saw outstanding performances from Bates Gray and Bates Red, with Gray emerging undefeated at 3-0 and Red finishing with a 2-1 record. Gray's impressive showing included a 9-7 win over Red in their matchup. This event offered excellent exposure for the teams, and we look forward to participating again next year, scheduled for May 2026!

The Capper Hockey Services Showcase got off to a great start with practice sessions conducted by U Mary and Waldorf Coaches for the Bates Teams!
