Go Beyond Childcare and Preschool

The kids officially got to try out our new playground equipment and they are OBSESSED 😍

We added:
• A new swing set (with a nest swing, regular swing, and a littles swing)
• A new climber + slide

More opportunities for movement/gross motor strengthening, confidence-building, sensory regulation and of course fun! Watching their tiny faces light up has truly been the best (and worth all the hours assembling!)

Next up 🔜 numbered wooden pathway for endless learning and fun!

No perfectly posed team photo over here… “because our days are spent chasing tiny humans, tying shoes, wiping tears (and butts 😝), celebrating milestones, and making magic out of ordinary moments.” 🤍

As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to a close, and on Child Care Provider Appreciation Day nonetheless, I just want to say thank you to the incredible team that makes our program what it is.

These women wear a hundred hats every single day with patience, creativity, flexibility, humor, and so much heart. They create safe places, lasting memories, and meaningful connections for the children and families in our program.

To our staff: thank you for showing up day after day and pouring so much of yourselves into this work. What you do matters more than words can fully capture and I truly could not wish for a better team 💛

And to our families: thank you for the kind words, treats, encouragement, and support this week. We felt incredibly loved 🩵

💕 Ms Lynsie

Ms. Rhianna is another one of our beloved “forever subs” that we plan on keeping around indefinitely 😄 She has built such sweet relationships with the kids and works so well with our team. Her willingness to jump in, help anywhere, and love on our kiddos does not go unnoticed 🩵

Ms. Elyssa may be one of our super part-time staff members, but both the kids and our team would agree she’s a forever fixture around here. She jumps in wherever needed, brings such a calm and caring presence, and is one of those people we simply never want to let go of!🩵

Ms. Jayla was described by families time and time again as kind, happy, and always smiling, and if you know her, that absolutely tracks ☀️

She has truly blossomed this year while taking over our after-school program, bringing creativity, flexibility, and brilliant ideas on the fly. From fun projects to the positive energy she brings each day, Ms. Jayla has made such an impact on our program and the children she works with and we are so thankful for her! 🩵

Rounding out our full-time staff is Ms. Paige. As she steps into her new role of Lead Teacher this month, families and coworkers consistently describe her as joyful, warm, and responsive—three things that make her such a natural fit. We’re so excited to watch her grow in this role… and we’ll continue to lovingly compete with her for any treats that come through the door 😉

The number of times families and coworkers described Ms. Jill as calm, kind-hearted, and welcoming is mind-blowing… unless you know her... then it’s no surprise at all.

We are so thankful you took a leap back into the workforce a few years ago and said yes to the lead teacher position when we expanded. Ms. Jill is truly in her “crushing it” era! 💛

She may be our newest staff but you’d never guess it with how quickly she has eased into her role. We’re so happy to have you a part of our team for a whole month now Carlie!
