Errors Trigger Retraction Of Study On Mediterranean Diet's Heart Benefits An anesthesiologist who taught himself statistics identified flaws in an influential study that claimed to prove the Mediterranean diet has cardiovascular benefits. The 2013 paper is being retracted.
