Pride of the Prairie Show Pig Sale

If you’re looking for show pigs, check out these two sales that are coming up soon! Both Country Girls Showpigs and Galbreath Farms have been great supporters of the Pride of the Prairie Show Pig Sale. Since, we are not hosting a sale this spring, we encourage you to take a look at these sales to find your next champion!

Unfortunately, this year we will not be hosting The Pride of the Prairie Show Pig Sale. Please watch for this event next year.

As you look for your show pig prospects this year, please reach out to our past consignors and supporters of our sale. These breeders will have an outstanding line-up and great selection of high-quality show pigs available this spring. You can find their pigs consigned in a number of sales across North Dakota and Minnesota or for sale privately. We encourage you to get in touch with them to learn more!

Congratulations to Izak Schemerhorn of New York Mills, MN for exhibiting the Grand Champion Breeding Gilt and Supreme Overall Hog at the East Otter Tail County Fair. Join us this evening, Friday, April 2️⃣9️⃣ at 7pm in Shepperd Arena on the NDSU campus for the 2022 Pride of the Prairie Show Pig Sale!

The sale offering will be on display beginning at 6 pm and refreshments will be provided.

🚨Pride of the Prairie - Sale Order🚨

Like other years we will start the sale with “PICK OF THE BARN.” That means the winning bidder can pick any pig in the entire offering for that bid price. Only one pig can be selected as the pick of the barn. After, we will then sell by pen order offering choice of each pen.

See you tomorrow, April 29th at 7pm in Shepperd Arena on the NDSU campus! If you have any questions or can’t attend and need assistance with a phone bid please reach out to us. We plan to broadcast the sale on Facebook Live, however online bidding is not available.
