NDSU - The Office of Global Programs and Services We are dedicated to advancing international education and engaging students, faculty, and staff in the global community.

Currently, more than 800 students from over 80 countries call North Dakota State University and Fargo their home. The Office of International Student and Study Abroad Services at NDSU provides advising and support services for newly admitted and enrolled international students. During their stay at NDSU, international students can seek advice from international student advisors on matters such as

immigration requirements, employment, adjusting to life in the United States, health and personal issues, and academic problems. Also housed within the office is NDSU's Study Abroad program. Services provided include study abroad student advising for a variety of program types and lengths abroad. In addition, marketing and events to promote study abroad and global learning are developed and supported through the office.

The Study Abroad Fair brings study abroad opportunities together in one place, and it only happens once a year! ✈️

Stop by to explore programs and destinations, meet visiting program representatives and our Study Abroad team, and learn about funding and scholarship opportunities. Whether you already have a program in mind or are just starting to explore, this is a great place to get your questions answered and see what’s available.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by yesterday to share messages of hope and support for the people of Nepal and our Nepalese students.

We’ll be back in the Memorial Union today and Thursday from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Stop by our table to leave a message of support, learn more about the recent flooding in Nepal, and find ways to support relief efforts.

Our Global Programs and Services staff have traveled, lived, studied, and worked around the world, bringing different cultures, languages, and perspectives to NDSU.

For all of our international students, we hope our office feels a little more like home. Many of us have lived, studied, or worked away from home too, so we know what it’s like to navigate a new place, culture, and community.
