Nearly 200 high school students from across the region participated in this year’s Department of Art and Design outreach program, which also included a teacher professional development component.
Led by Professor Eric Syvertson and Art Education students, with workshops taught by faculty and staff, the program culminated in a public event at the Plains Art Museum that drew approximately 800 participants. The event fostered meaningful connections among students, educators and the broader community.
