TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics was established to be a broad-ranging recreational program that serves children of all abilities, including those marginalized in schools, clubs, and other settings. It works toward the understanding, accepting, and helping of all children to grow stronger and gain confidence. TNT’s programs include: recreational gymnastics starting at 3 months old, team gymnastics,

special needs classes, cheer, Occupational Therapy, Parkinson’s Performance Boxing, after school program, summer program, birthday parties, and more!

Yesterday was Chamber Impact Day, and we were lucky to have an amazing group of volunteers come out to TNT!

From tackling beautification projects around our building to jumping into a No Limits Fitness class, they brought energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.

A huge thank you to our volunteers for rolling up their sleeves, sharing their time, and making such a positive impact. We are so grateful for your help! 💙

Preschool Open Gyms are BACK!!

Join us for an hour of fun play time in the gym!

NEW: Our first open gym on Fridays will start at 8:45am this year.

Thursdays: 11:00am - 12:00pm
Fridays: 8:45am - 9:45am
Fridays: 10:00am - 11:00am.

Open to children walking–5 years old with an active helper.

$7/child or $60 for a 10 visit punch card.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Lieutenant Governor Michelle Strinden to our building to learn about TNT and ABLE in School!

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for Move & Play Day!

Whether you were flipping through our gymnastics stations, conquering the ninja course, trying a new workout, making a craft, or getting your face painted, we loved seeing everyone having fun and staying active.

A special thank you to Essentia Health for partnering with us on this event and for their continued support of TNT. We truly are better when we embrace healthy, active lifestyles, and we're grateful to be part of a community that values movement, wellness, and connection.
