As the new year approaches, we as a team, have decided to stop taking new clients in order to focus on our own athletic journeys. We have big plans for 2025, now that my PCL is rehabbed and our baby girl is bigger! If you are a current athlete, don't worry, we are sticking with you and will continue programming as usual! We just won't be taking on any new client loads as of now. Thank you for understanding! ❤️
