We had a great time at submission challenge. We had 4 kids & 4 adults compete today and for 6 of them it was their very first competition and win or lose we are very proud of how they performed and listened under pressure. Congrats to everyone who competed and thanks to the squad, family, and friends who came to show roaring support.
Don’t forget! This Saturday at noon is hosting a donation based seminar here at the garden! If you’ve ever had a chance to sit down and talk about wrestling with him then chances are you’ve probably heard him rant on the emphasis on hand fighting and if you have rolled with him then you would understand why. Come learn from the jiujitsu prodigy who just happens to be a former D1 wrestler with only 6 years of wrestling.
Ever since we have become small business owners I try to support other local businesses and since North Dakota is “The Peace Garden State” it was only fair to deck this place out with plants. After buying one real plant I decided there’s no turning back…all the other plants have to be real as well. Thanks to family, friends, and students for gifting us these plants and for & for this massive Christmas palm!

Congratulations to for finally earning the almighty blue belt and being the first promotion of 2026. Patrick is one of the coaches for our kids program but in reality a slightly bigger kid himself because he’s always making everyone laugh but he also makes time to help newer people. Thanks for being a part of the garden and letting us be your coaches.
As always I give people nick names or have their belt embroidered with something that makes me think of them and that’s why I had “Patty Cakes” put on his belt.
Every day students FAFO…only to be met with eating humble pie….but it doesn’t have to be that way. With just a click of a button students can download the app and join our group…for free and learn how to digest information with weekly material, post training footage, and courses…please…DM us “SKOOL” to end this suffering.

When we first opened, our website looked kinda like our old gym in that it did the job but it wasn’t what we envisioned. In may 2025 we finally acquired the building we wanted from the beginning and since then we have been revamping our facility but thanks to Jaime at for finally revamping our website that reflects the vibes of the garden. Thanks for helping us put our ideas into a digital canvas. If you need help with your business give her a shout, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been waiting two months to give out this promotion to .lange but he was sidelined due to sickness but he’s back! Jonah is a deacan at a local church, a former wrestler at the legendary Minnesota wrestling highschool Frazee, and a former wrestler for NDSU. Fun fact, him and Noah wrestled the same weight class at NDSU, just a couple years before Noah. Since he is a man of god it was only fitting to embroider his belt with proverbs 27:17.
