Congratulations Julia!!! We can't wait to see all the good things you will do for our town.

The Bel Air Downtown Alliance welcomes Julia McElhone-Singer to its staff as the Director of Development! We cannot overstate how excited we are to have Julia on board ✨🤩
Julia oversees the implementation of a strategic approach to fundraising and grant solicitation. She grew up in Fallston and graduated from Fallston High School before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Towson University. She later went on to study at the University of Baltimore School of Law before starting her own Harford County-based event planning business. She currently lives in Bel Air with her husband and two kids. Julia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and relaxing whenever she can!
