Good Morning Region One Families and Staff,

Due to the predicted snow and ice, all Region One Schools will be closed today Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Unfortunately, the timing of this weather event creates unsafe conditions for bus travel.

I recognize that we have had several snow days this year, and I appreciate your continued flexibility. Later today, I will be sending a detailed email outlining my recommended calendar adjustment(s) in an effort to avoid extending the school year into the week of June 22nd. Last night, the Region One Board of Education did approve the high school graduation date which is set and finalized for June 19, 2026. This date will not change.
