Join WERQ DMV for an hour of cardio dance fitness for a good cause, raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area! 

What is WERQ? WERQ Dance Fitness is cardio dance fitness set to pop and hip hop music. We'll start with a dancer's style warm up with preview moves of what's to come later in the class, and end with a balance and yoga-inspired cooldown. WERQ is for everybody and every body. We will offer dance and fitness options to meet all your needs. So bring your friends, family, coworkers, and everyone in between. It's time to get to WERQ! 💜

WERQaholics! We did it! For the next three weeks we are in THE GYM! We're going to have a TON of space, so bring your friends and family to get their sweat on! We'll start tonight at 6 at the Falls Church community center. First class is FREE and drop ins are $15. See you there! 💜

Last night I got back from an amazing weekend WERQing with a couple of my OGs, a new WERQ DMV WERQaholic, and so many instructors from Maryland, South Carolina, and of course, the main event, .werqfitness CEO and creator of We walked and beached and ate and laughed and DANCED our booties off! My favorite part? Just having the time and space to continue to cultivate these amazing relationships. Can't wait until next time. 💜
