Vienna-area student headed to Fairfax School Board Already busy with rigorous academic courses and copious outside activities, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology (TJ) junior Laura Chu soon will speak on behalf of all Fairfax County Public Schools pupils as the School Board’s new student representative.

Due to last week's school closings, semifinalists have until tomorrow to submit teachers that will write their recommendations. Teachers writing recommendations now have until Wednesday, February 17th to complete and submit them.
