ERFC THE EDUCATIONAL EMPLOYEES' SUPPLEMENTARY RETIREMENT SYSTEM of Fairfax County

ERFC was founded to provide members an independent retirement plan that would supplement their primary benefits from the Virginia Retirement System (VRS) and the Social Security Administration throughout retirement. ERFC is a public sector defined benefit plan, which operates under terms incorporated in a Fairfax County Ordinance and the ERFC Plan Document.
