Some snippets from shArk tAnk Success this past Saturday, where our students had the opportunity to make a project outline solving a problem in our community. After a month of meticulous planning, students pitch their outline to the “sharks”, in which afterward the sharks decide whether to sponsor their project or not.

Hi friends!! Just 1 more day until our 2025 Ebb and Flow Gala. And now that we are so so close to our big event, we want to slow down and share with you our story. Why we do what we do and what it means to us.

At AASuccess, we believe in helping our students reach beyond the horizon and achieve their dreams. Our gala theme, “Ebb and Flow”, celebrates the accomplishments and positive impacts we have made within our organization, students, and community.

And as we draw so close to our gala, we’d like to share some thoughts from our founder, Dave Nguyen.

“AAS started nearly 20 years ago in the U.S. with a very simple idea. Help each person grow. Not just in skills or academics, but in how they live, how they lead, how they carry themselves in difficult moments. That model worked for a lot of young people, especially Vietnamese Americans, many of whom after 20 years are now thriving in their careers. AAS is to build something with the right people. With shared values. With the understanding that this is not about importing solutions. It’s about co-creating a meaningful, long-term journey forward and together.”
