Suomikoulu DC is getting ready to kick off the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) then please fill in this registration form.

The school meets at Oak Street Elementary School (601 S Oak St, Falls Church, VA 22046) from 10 am to 1 pm on following Saturdays:

• September 28
• October 5
• October 19
• October 26
• November 2
• November 16
• December 7
• December 14 (Christmas Party)

• January 11
• January 25
• February 8
• February 22
• March 8
• March 22
• April 5
• April 26
• May 3
• May 17 (Spring Party)

Tuition fees for the 2024-25 school year are the following:
- $499 for families with one child
- $895 for families with two children
- $1,100 for families with three children

Tuition fees are non-refundable and due by October 5, 2024.

The longest day of the year is knocking around the corner. What better way to celebrate summer becoming full than a good Juhannus, or Misummer, party. Although we cannot provide a huge bonfire or a sauna by a lake, you will get fun company, sausages and other foods, and fun games for people of all ages to play.

Please join the Finnish community in Cherry Hill Park (312 Park Ave, Falls Church, VA 22046) this Saturday, June 22 from 2 PM to 5 PM. And please fill this short registration form

Avoimien ovien päivä viime lauantaina oli tuikitäynnä hauskaa ohjelmaa lapsille ja aikuisille! Pihalla kävi kova hyörinä, kun siellä pelattiin suomalaista pesäpalloa, hypittiin hyppynarua, leikittiin pihaleikkejä, heiteltiin mölkkyä, piirreltiin liiduilla ja jahdattiin tuulessa tanssivia saippuakuplia.

Suunnattoman suuri kiitos kaikille järjestelyissä mukana olleille vapaaehtoisille, opettajille ja apuopettajille, vierailijoille sekä reippaille osallistujille!
