On AVID Fridays, we wear college gear!

To celebrate AVID day, staff wore their college gear showing off schools they or someone in their family attended. Students engaged in college and career ready activities in their classes today. Ask your Eagle how they celebrated!

AVID Elementary is a foundational program designed to instill academic and organizational skills in young students, fostering a pathway to college and career readiness.

Join the Glen Forest administration team, specialist team, and your student’s grade level teachers on September 16, 2026. You will hear about the year of learning ahead.
Families of students grades K-2 are invited to join us from 6-7 PM and families of students in grades 3-5 are invited to join us from 7:15-8:15 PM.
