Beautiful mountain views and rural landscape surround our campus. Our kindergarten through sixth grade students enjoy a school culture and curriculum that tailor learning to meet students' individual needs and challenge students to meet high expectations. The Fallbrook Union Elementary School District serves a kindergarten through eighth grade student population at nine school sites. FUESD Social Media Expectations
FUESD Board Policy (BP 1114, AR 1114) requires that District employees and all social media users identify themselves, that content is civil, courteous, and consistent with District mission and goals, that no confidential information can be posted, that the district monitors all sites, that inappropriate posts will be promptly removed, and that views posted do not necessarily represent the district.

🍏 A Big CRUNCH for Healthy Eating! 🍎

Students at La Paloma and William H. Frazier Elementary joined schools across California to celebrate California Crunch 2026! Third- and fourth-grade students enjoyed delicious, locally grown organic Granny Smith apples while learning about healthy eating and the importance of supporting local farmers.

A special thank you to FUESD Child Nutrition Services Director Amy Haessly, her dedicated team, the District Wellness Council, and local partner Napoli Farms for bringing this fun and nutritious experience to our students!

¡Los estudiantes de las escuelas primarias La Paloma y William H. Frazier se unieron a escuelas de todo California para celebrar California Crunch 2026! COMMUNITY EVENT

Join the Fallbrook community for a special Day of the Dead celebration on Sunday, November 1, from 12:00–5:00 p.m. at the Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery, 1177 Santa Margarita Drive.

The community gathering will feature music, folkloric dance, lowriders, and children’s activities. Families are encouraged to bring a dish to share for the potluck, their own chair, and a photocopy of a loved one to place on the community altar.

We invite our families to come together and celebrate this meaningful community tradition.

Acompañe a la comunidad de Fallbrook a una celebración especial del Día de Mu***os el domingo 1 de noviembre, de 12:00 a 5:00 p.m., en el Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery, 1177 Santa Margarita Drive.

Heat Advisory: October 2–8

The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for our area from Friday, October 2, at 10:00 a.m. through Thursday, October 8, at 8:00 p.m.

FUESD continues to prioritize the health and safety of our students and will follow guidance from the California Department of Public Health. During periods of excessive heat, schools will limit outdoor play and strenuous physical activities as needed. Students will also be encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the school day.

We will continue to monitor weather conditions closely and make adjustments as necessary to help keep students and staff safe. We will communicate any additional updates if conditions or school operations are affected.

🌳 **Lunch on the Lawn at Frazier!** 🧺

William H. Frazier Elementary welcomed families for a special **Lunch on the Lawn**, and the support from the Frazier community was incredible! Parents and family members began lining up before lunchtime, excited for the opportunity to enjoy a picnic-style lunch with their students on the Frazier field.

It was wonderful to see so many families sharing lunch, laughter, and quality time together. Thank you to our Frazier families for making this special day such a memorable one for our students! 💙

San Diego County has issued a heat advisory from Tuesday, August 25, at 10:00 a.m. through Friday, August 28, at 8:00 p.m. FUESD is prioritizing the health and safety of our students and will be following the guidelines from the California Department of Public Health. We will be limiting outside play and suspending any strenuous physical activities until temperatures return to a safe level. Additionally, we will be encouraging students to stay hydrated throughout the day.

We will continue to monitor conditions closely and will communicate any updates as needed. If you have any questions, please contact your school’s front office.
