Let's meet another member of our staff! This is Ms. Yenne (Jess), our Dandelion class teacher. 🌼 She says:

I love working at the preschool because I get to watch the children learn, grow, and discover new things every day. It’s so rewarding to be part of their early years and create special memories with them.
🌟 My favorite part of the day is circle time and seeing the children excited to share their ideas, stories, and experiences with us.
🏡 Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and loved ones. I love making memories, trying new things, and enjoying the little moments in life.
🍰 I have a sweet tooth and can never say no to a good dessert! 😂💕

We are back!

Preschool is back in full swing! 🎉 We kicked off the school year with a wonderful Meet the Teacher Night, where parents had the opportunity to meet their child’s teacher and students created a special craft for their classrooms. 🖍️✨

We loved seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming new families to campus! We’re looking forward to an amazing school year filled with learning, growing, playing, and making memories together. 🧡

It's time to meet the staff! Say hello to Ms. Rayna!

Ms. Rayna has worked in our church and preschool office as an administrator for the past couple of years. She says:

"I love working for the preschool because I get to watch these precious little people develop, learn, and grow in such a short amount of time. There’s never a dull moment, and I’m always left in awe at their sweetness, curiosity and innocence." 

"If I’m not here on campus, I’m probably at home reading or watching some Bravo show full of drama with my 11 year old English Bulldog Cookie. I really enjoy trying a new energy drink flavor, when F1 is in season (Team Mercedes), when I get to travel abroad, and shopping— I’ll always be dressed for the part, haha!" 

We are so thankful for all that Ms. Rayna does for our school and students!

In our classrooms, dancing isn’t just fun — it’s a beautiful way children learn to regulate their bodies and emotions. Movement helps preschoolers release energy, process big feelings, build coordination, and reset their minds for learning. Whether it’s a silly dance break, worship music, or moving together with friends, these moments help children feel safe, connected, and calm.

Whether they’re painting, building, or creating something entirely their own, our students are doing so much more than playing—they’re growing.

At Christ the King Preschool, we believe children learn best through hands-on exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Every painted masterpiece, every block tower, and every imaginative play scenario helps develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a sense of wonder about God's world.
