🌟 WHY IS DANCE SO IMPORTANT FOR AGES 5–7? 🌟

At ages 5, 6 and 7, children are growing quickly—not only physically, but socially and emotionally. Dance gives them a positive, structured environment where they can move, learn, create and build confidence!

🩰 Dance helps children develop:
• Coordination, balance and flexibility
• Rhythm and musicality
• Listening and following directions
• Focus, memory and classroom skills
• Confidence and independence
• Teamwork and friendships
• Creativity and self-expression

And perhaps most importantly—they have FUN while learning! 💗

🌟 WHY START DANCE AT AGE 3–4? 🌟

Those first little dance classes are about so much more than learning steps! At this age, dance gives children a fun, positive place to move, learn, make friends and build confidence.

Through creative movement, ballet and tap, young dancers begin developing coordination, balance, rhythm, listening skills and body awareness. They also learn important classroom skills like taking turns, following directions, working with a group and becoming more independent.

Most importantly, they get to have FUN while discovering a love for dance! 💗
