Last Friday we officially celebrated the opening of the newly renovated Barbara Grady Culinary Arts Dining Room.

What was once a familiar space has been completely transformed—rebuilt with purpose, care, and a vision for the future of our culinary and baking programs. Last Friday's opening reception marked more than just a new dining room; it marked a new chapter for our students, our guests, and our community.

We were especially honored to host the Grady family, whose support was instrumental in the creation of the original dining room and the legacy of Barbara Grady continues to shape what this space represents today.

This space will now serve as a living classroom, where our students refine their craft, push their creativity, and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to support our program. We look forward to welcoming you into the new Barbara Grady Culinary Arts Dining Room soon.

WE'RE BACK FOR TWO MORE LUNCHES!

Join us for the final lunches of the Spring semester on Thursday, April 9 and Thursday, April 16. We’ll be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. While reservations are limited, walk-ins are welcome at the bar. Be sure to reserve your table before we close for the year.

We’ll also have French macarons available for purchase—an assorted box of five featuring vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, raspberry, and lemon. Quantities are limited, so be sure to grab yours while they last!

Thank you to everyone who supported us this spring semester. We hope to see you for our final service!
