What's cuter than a bunch of preschoolers? Preschoolers hosting a food drive to fight hunger! 🥹

When Melissa, a mom of two, saw a post on social media that our food bank shelves were bare, she felt inspired to do something. So, she collaborated with Old Mission Early Education Center preschool teacher, Ann, to organize a food and fund drive at her kids' preschool.

Together, the classrooms collected 1,493 items and $1,100, and they also took this opportunity to talk to the students about the issue of food insecurity, which is equally as important.

"I think kids think in a more complex way than we give them credit," says Ann. "And I think it's beautiful how they can put themselves in those shoes."

Send us a message if you'd like help setting up your own food drive! 🥫
