I know someone needs to hear this:

Pain is inevitable….but suffering is a choice. Choose today to not suffer. There is NOTHING outside of you in this very moment that is or can harm you. You create your own reality. Choose the calm not the chaos. You have total and complete control.

And remember, every single moment is the start to a new beginning. Namaste and blessings to all. ❤️🙏🏼🌎

Manifestation, spiritual coach and teacher.

Pisces New Moon:
New Moons are a time for rejuvenation and manifestation. The Pisces New Moon centers around healing, committing, and celebrating relationships. Since Pisces is ruled by Jupiter and Neptune, we can expect a shift in romantic and creative affairs — for the better. We may have a spiritual awakening or even have a psychic experience, because the sign Pisces is known to be mystical and intuitive. With Venus in Pisces and Pluto in Capricorn sharing a harmonious aspect, we’ll feel the energy pull to heighten our passions and the desire to explore emotions on deep levels. If power struggles don’t exist, then the vibe will strengthen existing relationships and cement new partnerships. Less than an hour later, Venus moves into Aries, cementing our new goals and visions. Saturn is about to switch signs and enter Pisces on March 7, which means that the cosmos are checking in to see if we are doing the work needed to grow and transcend.

Pisces new moon affirmations
• I embrace endings that need to happen for my growth
• I am opening up my spiritual side
• I love spending time in solitude to restore
• I am letting go of any limiting beliefs that hold me back
• I trust my intuition to guide me through life
• I am open to the new connections coming my way
• I am attracting like minded people into my life
• My chakras are aligned to heal me from the inside out
• My heart is open to receiving creative ideas
• My mind is open to receiving motivation for my goals

I wanted to touch on this a bit because, although, I am a spiritual coach, I have rough days as well. No matter how far along you are on this journey, those days will come and go. I’ve been consciously “waking” up for 7-8 yrs now. As of recently it has been accelerated. Last night and today has been rough. But that is ok, I love that. It only means I still have room for growth, expansion, and to learn. It allows me to be relatable to others.

Being vulnerable is key to this journey. Share your stories, the good and the bad. Re-write th bad ones to change your feelings about the past. Being vulnerable opens up your heart to acceptance. Accepting what is, allowing the dark to be there, and feeling the possibility of the light is what accelerates manifestations.

Allow, tell yourself it is okay to feel this way. Change your feelings about the pain of the past. Write new stories.

However, above all, be patient, this is an infinite journey. You will start having more good days than bad days. So, give yourself a hug, and go do something you love doing. Namaste 🙏🏼
