Our FRC team includes students in grades 9 - 12 and six FLL teams from elementary & middle schools. From our robot beginnings in 1997, we have grown into a full year team spreading our passion for STEM in our community and beyond.

It’s homecoming week! We were out on the hill spraying a giant chalk raider in celebration 🎉 🏴‍☠️💕 How giant is this Raider, you ask? It’s 40’ x 60’!

We’re looking forward to all of the activities at Fairport High School this week including the school pep rally, community pep rally, and the game on Saturday. Our t-shirt cannon, Jarrgo, is ready to launch Fairport gear to the crowds during the festivities.

There’s nothing better than hanging out with robotics friends and talking about our amazing team at tonight’s open house at Fairport High School!

Jarrgo was there getting ready for homecoming at the end of the month. Plus, we were able to talk to parents and students about our team and how they can get involved with Team 578 this year.

Our first workshop of the year is tomorrow night at MD starting at 6pm. Hope to see you there! 🤖🏴‍☠️💕

From the concepts, to the ground breaking last spring, and tonight, the official ribbon cutting ceremony, Team 578 has been so honored to be included in all aspects of Fairport Central School District’s initiative to build a state-of-the-art STEAM classrooms at Fairport High School. Now that the school year has begun, we’re excited to take classes in this amazing addition to FHS with our teammates and peers, and work with our incredible teachers. 💕

The school year is quickly coming to a close. It’s the time of the year when students are being recognized for their hard work and dedication to learning. Among the FHS students receiving awards this year, two 578-ers received some prestigious awards:

🤖 Maddie received the RIT Math & Science Award
🤖 Amanah received the NYS Senate Leadership Award
