⭐️200-meter butterfly (2:16.79) - new Niagara LMSC record (45-49 age group), Colonies Zone record, all-time MASTERS top-10 ranking.

⭐️200-meter IM (2:22.47) - new Niagara LMSC record (45-49 age group).

Tuesday “Active Rest” focused workout for GVM!

Congrats to our CRAIG TRAVERS, who swam a total of 1,000,000 yards in 2025!! This marks the 6th consecutive year that Craig has accomplished this feat.

🚨NEW SWIM RECORD(S) ALERT 🚨‼️

GVM’s ERIN MCGRAW LEEGAN (36) set fire 🔥 to the water this past weekend, as she competed down in New Jersey at the Somerset County Pentathlon, in Bridgewater, NJ. 🌊

Competing in the short course meter (SCM) format, Erin dominated all 6 of her races💦. All 6 are new Niagara LMSC records (34-39), with 3 (50 Fly, 50 Back, and 100 IM) of them new Colony Zone records. 9 total records 👏

There’s no limit to Erin’s potential, or the Genesee Valley Masters (GVM)!

Meanwhile this weekend we had a crew compete at the RAMS Holiday Invite at SUNY Brockport. Check back later for a post on that, as we await the meet results from Saturday to be finalized.

Another big week for the Genesee Valley Masters (GVM)💥🔥!

🏊🏊‍♀️ RAMS INVITE tomorrow (Sat 12/13) at SUNY Brockport. Our team has been building up our endurance, technique, and excitement these past 11 weeks. Hard at work each and every day before the sun comes up over the beautiful Town of Perinton horizon, with an energy and enthusiam that’s palpable!

Another week at GVM comes to a close, with teammates fist bumping one another in support!
