Students know they can turn to Dom Higgins for support, honest guidance, and encouragement. Beyond his work as a Crisis Intervener, he’s the kind of person who jumps in wherever he can help—at events, in the lunch line, and throughout the day.

Hardworking, dedicated and supportive, Ashley Mullins is a constant presence for students and staff at O’Connor Academy.

She supports colleagues by helping create lesson materials and offering a listening ear on tough days. For students at OCA, she is an advocate, helping ensure they have a safe, supportive space to be themselves.

If you've ever visited the halls of O'Connor Academy, then chances are you've worked with Michele Mesissner .
