What are we doing in the garden?
Well, we are going out to do shrub rejuvenation and thinning. Some of you get prune-happy. This is not good if you do not know what you are doing. You cannot rejuvenate shrubs that will be blooming in the spring, or you will not get a bloom. I will be working on Boxwoods, Burning Bushes (they always need it!), Potentillas, roses, Inkberries/Hollies, Spireas, and thinning out Ninebarks, Barberries and few others. I am always here to answer your questions.

Growers can sometimes send plants in pots I would say are too small for the pots they’re in. Not a big deal for a greenhouse, but not as great for a regular house. Now it’s in better soil and free from rotting roots. I’m happy we intervened. #plants
