That’s Kelly. 💛

If you’ve spent any time around Rochester’s mom community, chances are you’ve already crossed paths with her. She’s the founder of What Moms Want Play & Network, a wife, mom of four boys, community builder, and someone who has spent her entire career creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

From travel and tourism to hospitality, marketing, event planning, and now building one of the most connected communities for moms in Rochester, Kelly has a gift for making people feel welcome, seen, and connected. Honestly... it’s kind of her superpower.

Which is exactly why I’m so excited to finally share this with all of you...

Kelly is officially joining The Hive as my partner in crime. 🐝

She’ll be leading our events, community outreach, sponsorships, and helping us create even more opportunities for women to connect, collaborate, and build genuine relationships here at The Hive.

The truth is, Kelly and I are complete opposites in all the best ways. Where one of us sees details, the other sees possibilities. Where one of us dreams, the other builds the bridge to make it happen. Together, it just... works.

I’ve always believed The Hive was meant to be more than a coworking space. It’s a place where women find community, friendships, support, opportunities, and sometimes even the next chapter of their lives.

Having Kelly step into this role feels less like a business partnership and more like the missing puzzle piece to our family finally finding its place.

I truly can’t wait for you to get to know her.

✨ Private Office Suite Available February 1st ✨

We have a private office suite opening up at The Hive, and it is one of our most spacious and flexible private workspaces.

If you have been to The Hive before, this room was formerly our kids room and besides the open coworking area, it is the largest room in the space. It is a great option if you are ready to get out of the house, stop working alone, or give your business a dedicated home base.

This suite is perfect for a small business with a team, but it would also be such a fun setup for a few biz besties who have been talking about working together forever. The office can be shared by up to four people, making it a flexible and cost-effective option for growing businesses.

What is included:
- 24/7 access via smartphone entry
- Secure, coded private office access
- Furnished option and Smart TV
- 10 conference room hours per month
- One private rental of the entire space per month (up to a $400/month value!!)
- Full access to open coworking and kitchenette
- Available February 1st

$700 plus tax per month
