We have a private office suite opening up at The Hive, and it is one of our most spacious and flexible private workspaces.

If you have been to The Hive before, this room was formerly our kids room and besides the open coworking area, it is the largest room in the space. It is a great option if you are ready to get out of the house, stop working alone, or give your business a dedicated home base.

This suite is perfect for a small business with a team, but it would also be such a fun setup for a few biz besties who have been talking about working together forever. The office can be shared by up to four people, making it a flexible and cost-effective option for growing businesses.

What is included:
- 24/7 access via smartphone entry
- Secure, coded private office access
- Furnished option and Smart TV
- 10 conference room hours per month
- One private rental of the entire space per month (up to a $400/month value!!)
- Full access to open coworking and kitchenette
- Available February 1st

$700 plus tax per month

How is it even possible that four years have gone by this fast?

Four years ago today, I was handed the keys to what would become The Hive.

I still remember standing in this empty office space that smelled like new paint mixed with equal parts terrified and hopeful. I had no idea then just how much this space would change my life… and the lives of so many women who would walk through its doors.

What started as a dream to build a coworking space for women has become something so much bigger.. a village, a sisterhood, a soft place to land, and a launchpad for new beginnings.

I’ve watched businesses bloom, friendships form, tears fall, and confidence grow within these walls. I’ve seen women walk in a bit nervous and walk out sure as hell of who they are.

Four years later, it still feels like magic and it still humbles me that I get to call this my work.

Thank you for believing in this space, for sharing your energy here, and for building this community with me. Even if you’re just a follower online, you’ve made The Hive what it is and what it continues to become.

In the 4 years The Hive has been open, not once has a local business walked through these doors with actual food just to introduce themselves. Not. A. Single. Time.

So when Amie from in Fairport out of the blue showed up with subs in hand, said hello, and saved this busy mom from cooking dinner? You better believe I SPRINTED over here to shout them out.

That’s how you do it. That’s how you show up. That’s how you make people remember you.

Here’s the truth: The Hive has never been about desks or WiFi or cozy couches (though we’re pretty obsessed with those too). It’s just a container — a bougie rubbermaid container, if you will.

It’s the friendships that started with a nervous hello.
The business ideas scribbled on napkins.
The encouragement passed across tables when someone needed it most.
The quiet moments, the loud celebrations, and the thousands of tiny, ordinary days that somehow turned into something extraordinary.

The Hive is magnetic because you are magnetic.

Thank you for lighting up this space in ways that a wall quote could never fully capture.
Thank you for making these past 3½ years something I’ll never stop being proud of.
And thank you for reminding me every single day that this dream was never really about a building — it was always about you.
