6th Graders at Martha Brown enjoyed a virtual trip with Channel 13 WHAM Meteorologist . Authentic science learning about some of the severe weather we experience in our community!

We have officially kicked off our annual Kid-2-Kid fundraiser! Martha Brown has supported the Children's Miracle Network for over 40 years! We have dedicated our funds to our own Golisano Children's Hospital for over 15 years with a combined donation of $212,000. Students collect donations toward this event and will then walk laps on the grounds of Martha Brown on June 3rd as we also present a check to a representative from Golisano Children's Hospital.

This voluntary event is during the school day and has been a school-wide celebration as we end the school year. The deadline for participating in the annual Kid-2-Kid fundraiser is May 27th. Cash, online donations (givetokids.urmc.edu/kid2kid) or checks can be made payable to Golisano Children's Hospital. If fundraising is a concern, please have your child see their health teacher as we have staff that are sponsoring students as needed.

Ninety Martha Brown student gave 4 hours on their day off to rake leaves at the homes of 11 Veterans in honor of Veteran’s Day!
