We wanted to share some important information regarding the 2026-2027 school year.

OHSAA Parent Sports Meeting will be held in the cafeteria from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 13, 2026, followed by Meet the Skippers in the gym at 7:00 pm

District-wide Open House K-12 will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2026

Bell Schedules and First Day Information:
The first day of school for all students in grades 1-12 is August 20th.
Kindergarten students with last names beginning with A-L will report to school on August 25th.
Kindergarten students with last names beginning with M-Z will report to school on August 26th.
The first day for all kindergarten students is August 27th.
The bell schedule will be as follows:
Preschool-Grade 6:
Doors open at 8:00
8:00 - 8:17- Breakfast
8:20 - Tardy Bell
2:40 - 3:05 - Car Rider Dismissal
3:00 - Grades 1-6 Walker Dismissal
PreK and K Walkers - Dismissed to parent or guardian at 2:50
Grades 7-12:
Doors open at 8:00
8:00 - 8:17 - Breakfast
8:20 - Tardy Bell
3:01 - Dismissal

The Fairport Harbor School District does not provide busing/transportation.
Transportation to and from the Auburn Career Center is provided.
Students entering kindergarten must turn 5 by August 20th.
Free Breakfast and Free Lunch for all students in the 26/27 school year.
You will receive an Infinite Campus Messenger when schedules (K-12) are completed.
Playground and Upper parking lot are scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2026.
More information will be forthcoming regarding Arrival and Dismissal logistics.

Annual Update/Online Registration in Infinite Campus begins August 1, 2026.

Remember, there is hope and the lifeline is effective. You’re not alone during times of crisis.

What Happens When I Call 988?

First, you’ll hear a message telling you that you’ve reached the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. You’ll then listen to hold music while you’re being connected with a trained crisis worker at the crisis center closest to you. This person will ask you to describe your crisis, listen to you, provide support, and share any resources that may be helpful.
