ADULT CLASS ALERT!!!! We are thrilled to be partnering with Kim Bell and In Step WV to offer a fun Zumba style class for adults! Registration is through In Step Dance and Fitness, the class will be held in Wallman Hall on the campus of Fairmont State University! Register now!

Zumba® Fitness (Adults)

Love to dance? This high-energy Zumba® Fitness class is designed for adults who want to get moving, have fun, and enjoy a great workout without it feeling like exercise! Inspired by Latin and international dance styles, each class features easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you dancing from start to finish.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, you’ll build confidence, improve coordination, boost your cardio fitness, and leave class feeling energized. No dance experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to sweat, smile, and dance your heart out!

Come for the workout. Stay for the dance party!

When: Every Tuesday from Aug 11 - Sept 1st at 6:30pm
