Get ready to glow! Glow Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class that combines easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat music from around the world. With a fun glow-in-the-dark atmosphere, this class brings the energy of a dance party to your workout while helping improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and boost your mood.

Open to ages 16 and older. Classes are included with Falcon Center membership. Nonmembers are welcome to participate by purchasing a drop-in class pass at the front desk. Pass must be purchased before 8pm!!

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and get ready to dance, sweat, and glow!
