A big shout-out to Kelly Leibfried, founder of Flourishing Fields Consulting LLC, for serving as our keynote speaker and leading us through a meaningful day centered on trust, reflection and the reminder that even the smallest acorn can grow into something strong. Thank you also to SPEC Executive Director Dr. Sarah Mittelstadt for leading an afternoon breakout.

Thank you to Fairmont Area Schools for providing the space at Fairmont High School, their custodial and technology teams for the behind-the-scenes support, and Jake’s Pizza for catering lunch!

We’re Hiring!

Southern Plains Education Cooperative is hiring a Head of Buildings and Grounds.

This full-time, year-round position oversees our buildings, grounds, building systems, safety needs, facility projects, and custodial/maintenance staff.

We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, organized, and ready to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly.

A valid driver’s license is required.
A 2nd Class C boiler’s license is preferred, or the selected candidate must be willing to obtain one within one year of hire.
