SWIPE to see if you have a "GROWTH MINDSET" or "LIMITED MINDSET". It starts w/ self discipline in every area of your life, your goals, passions, desires ect. Self disciplined people are most likely confident, feel in control of life, less anxious, acheive goals, feel proud for achieving what you set out to do or committed to completing to better yourself be it physically, socially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and so on. Self discipline does not come naturally for all people BUT you CAN LEARN how to become self disciplined in critical areas or all areas of your life!

Lets be real, for some people it's NOT EASY nor does it come naturally. It may be easier to not set goals or complete them. "GIVING UP" or saying "I WILL TRY" when something is challenging. STOP SAYING I WILL TRY, it's=to NOT taking it seriously or you feel you won't succeed/❤ not in it 100%. Maybe lacking motivation + focus + loose sight of why you started something, then feel guilt when you fail to complete it.

Learning how to become self disciplined does NOT have to be stressful or difficult. Understanding by nature what your MINDSET is, see NEXT SLIDE. Giving yourself a better understanding of where your starting point is can help to ease yourself into consistent SUCCESS by setting small goals that you KNOW YOU CAN ACHIEVE and won't take you long to finish.This builds your self confidence and what your capable of.

Every person is 100% capable of SELF DISCIPLINE. Learning what type of mindset you naturally have will allow you to understand yourself better, know what will and won't work for you to be in control of your life, achieving your personal goals and having consistent self discipline to be the best version of yourself. For me being a Personal Trainer is far more than just providing a workout specifically designed for you, holds you accountable for your health and wellness choices, provides you with nutrition knowledge, provides a great deal of support throughout your journey and process to achieving your personal greatness.

I have 22 years of experience in the health and wellness industry working with people of all ages certified by ACE, NASM, ISSA and others. Its important to find a personal trainer that has experience working with a wide variety of ages + experience with special populations is critical!

My clients stay with me because of the services and level of care I provide them because it exceeds their expectations. They get the results they hired me for when they put in that hard work!

Even if clients take a break they always come back because they can't push themselves hard enough, hit plateaus, struggle mentally or physically to obtain results on their own or they loose motivation on their own. They also stay because I provide a level of service they don't find with just any trainer.

Simple Lower Body Workout.
Use Dumbells, Plates, KBs.

▪︎Squat overhead press Regina 25lb Plate: 4x25
▪︎Straight Leg Dead Lift w/ bar or DB: reps and sets depend on how much weight you use: 4x15
▪︎Dead Lift Squat: 4x15
▪︎Gastroc muscle we typically don't need to add additional weight, using body weight along is best and better for your knees.☆ 4x50 using 3 different foot positions PLUS single leg complete 25 on R and 25 on L.

Your heart is a muscle so why not work it with a jump rope. Not only will it clear your mind but your also increasing your bone density and getting a rush of dopamine and endorphins! Thats why we feel amazing when we move our bodies! Give it a try, its like riding a bike.

Foundation to provide greater opportunity for our youth!

Students will be working with 2 Fitness Professionals over the next 3 weeks on all things sports related Conditioning. Endurance, Agility, Balance, Strength, Coordination, proper form and mobility.

7pm Witherspoon Fit Class was on 🔥 last night! They did a metabolic workout that consisted of planks, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees totaling a few hundred reps and modified with consistent form correction. After the completion of that they pushed hard to get over 1 mile of sprints with active recovery in between sprints with heavy weight lunges, squats and clean and press. This was a very physically and mentally challenging workout but they came out feeling their very best and can't wait for next week.
