The Key Club at BCTHS is hosting our 6th annual Mini-THON on Friday, May 12th, 2023. 202 students will not sit for 6 straight hours while dancing the night away to celebrate the money we raised supporting pediatric cancer. Mini-THONs around the country--including ours--are modeled after Penn State’s 46-hour, no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon that raises money for the ‘4 Diamonds Fund’. It provides the finances needed for research, treatment, medical bills, and any other financial burdens that a family has to face during such a difficult time. Students at BCTHS dream and prepare to grow up to be chefs, hairdressers, engineers, and nurses--children their age with cancer just want the dream of being able to grow up--and our students are helping to ensure they have that chance. We are asking the BCTHS community for any monetary donation–small or large–that they would be willing to contribute to this cause and to the families our students are trying to help."
