It was an honor to serve as your class representatives at BCTHS. We would like to thank you for your time, dedication, and hard work during your time at BCTHS and for your trust in your student leadership teams over the past 4 years representing you and your interests.

We all sincerely hope the best for each and everyone of you in whatever occupation you pursue!

FROM MR. SOHENUICK, REGARDING ALL THINGS SENIOR PROM... THIS FRIDAY IS AN IMPORTANT DEADLINE FOR MANY THINGS... SEE BELOW

1. FINAL SENIOR PROM PAYMENTS DUE:
SENIOR PROM PAYMENT #2:
MONDAY, APRIL 9TH through FRIDAY, APRIL 13TH
FINAL BALANCE DUE: $60 per person
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE USING THE ONLINE SAO PORTAL -OR- IN PERSON AT THE STUDENT ACTIVITIES OFFICE WINDOW DURING ALL LUNCHES.

DON’T FORGET… BE SURE TO BRING YOUR STUDENT ID CARD.
LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A LATE CHARGE. PLEASE PAY ON-TIME!!!
ANYONE WHO WISHES TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION:
YOU SHOULD EMAIL MR. SOHENUICK NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 13TH TO CANCEL SO THAT YOU ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FINAL HEAD COUNT.
NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE AND STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE AN OBLIGATION FOR EACH UNPAID $60 BALANCE.
NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS WILL BE ISSUED. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO ADD ON. SEE MR. SOHENUICK FOR DETAILS.

2. TABLE SEATING & MEAL SELECTION:
ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING THE SENIOR PROM SHOULD HAVE ONE PERSON COMPLETE THE ATTACHED SENIOR PROM RESERVED SEATING/MEAL SELECTION RESERVATION FORM FOR THEIR ENTIRE TABLE GROUP (MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE).
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE FORMS FOR THE SAME PEOPLE.

COMPLETED RESERVATION FORMS ARE DUE TO MR. SOHENUICK IN E205 NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 13TH.

PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED DIRECTIONS, PRINT OUT AND COMPLETE THE FORM, AND SUBMIT BY THE DEADLINE LISTED ABOVE.
ANY STUDENTS WHO DOES NOT HAVE THEIR NAMES SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE WILL HAVE THEIR TABLE AND MEAL SELECTED BY THE PROM COMMITTEE AND WILL RECEIVE CHICKEN.

3. PHOTO ORDER FORMS
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SENIOR PROM.
PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED ORDER FORM FOR THE COST OF THE INDIVIDUAL PHOTO PACKAGES.
PAYMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER AT THE EVENT. PLEASE DO NOT BRING PAYMENTS FOR PHOTOS IN TO YOUR CLASS ADVISORS.
PHOTO ORDERS WILL BE MAILED DIRECTLY TO THE STUDENT’S HOMES ONCE PROCESSED.

4. SENIOR PROM COURT – LAST CALL!
THIS IS THE LAST CALL FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN RUNNING FOR SENIOR PROM KING AND QUEEN. PLEASE SUBMIT A COMPLETED APPLICATION (ATTACHED) TO MR. SOHENUICK IN E205 NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 13TH.

Baby pictures and senior quotes are past due. The absolute last day to get them in is tomorrow-
Monday January 8th,2018- NO EXCEPTIONS.

THE LAST DAY TO BUY FALL FEST TICKETS IS TOMORROW AT ALL LUNCHES!!! TICKETS ARE $10 EACH.
