🎨🖌️ Mrs. Bell’s Art 1 classes spent the first week experimenting with Gelli printing and learning how to transfer images using packing tape. They combined both techniques to create unique, layered works of art while exploring new materials and processes. It was a fun and creative way to kick off the school year!

🧪Mrs. Jaynes AP Environmental Science classes are working on a coal ash case study. Last week they simulated a coal ash spill in a watershed and how toxic chemicals from coal ash can leach into groundwater.

Mrs. Smith’s Film as Literature elective students analyzed the plot structure of Up! using heroic archetypes. Then, they drafted spin-off plots using principles from screenwriter Eric Edson’s The Story Solution.
